1. Definitions

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration. To use ph002, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful.

4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on ph002. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them, whether real money or bonus credits.

4.3 KYC Verification. Before a withdrawal of any amount may be processed, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identity document. Acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, and Driver's License. ph002 may request additional documentation at any time for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. Notify ph002 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. ph002 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via account security settings.

4.5 Account Updates. You are obligated to keep your Account information current. ph002 is not responsible for any loss arising from outdated contact information, including failure to receive OTP codes or account notifications due to an outdated mobile number.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ph002 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP) to your Account balance. ph002 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. ph002 will reject and return deposits made from third-party payment accounts and reserves the right to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified Players only. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 for GCash and Maya. ph002 targets an approximate one (1) hour processing time for verified GCash and Maya withdrawals; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume, bank maintenance windows, or when additional AML verification is required. ph002 does not guarantee a specific withdrawal processing time.

Withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability. ph002 may request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as required by applicable AML obligations.

5.3 Currency

All ph002 Account balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated and processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph002 does not offer multi-currency accounts. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting, as determined by ph002.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ph002 offers various promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, referral bonuses, VIP rewards, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms, which are published alongside each promotion and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits awarded by ph002 are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, bonus winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering multiplier (applied to the bonus amount) has been satisfied. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph002 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Players found engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

6.4 VIP Program. ph002 operates a tiered VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Tier status is awarded based on qualifying wagering activity across all ph002 game categories. ph002 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, tier benefits, and the VIP program structure at any time, with notice published on ph002.club.

6.5 ph002 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional offers are not transferable between Players.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available through ph002 are subject to individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail except where the individual game rules are more specific to a particular game mechanic or outcome.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, ph002 will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game state to its last verifiably accurate position. ph002 is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

7.3 Void Bets. ph002 reserves the right to void any bet or wager if: (a) it was placed in error due to a technical malfunction; (b) it was placed on markets with manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters; or (c) it was facilitated by a software bug. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the Player's Account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph002 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent ban, with forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to place wagers;
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity that violates Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations;
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC review;
• Using a third party's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds;
• Accessing ph002 on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorization;
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct directed at ph002 or other Players.

8.2 ph002 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and PAGCOR in the investigation of suspected financial crimes and prohibited gambling conduct. Player account data and transaction records will be disclosed to relevant authorities pursuant to lawful requests.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 ph002 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through each Player's Account settings:

11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 ph002 is not liable for: losses arising from a Player's own gambling decisions; losses due to internet connectivity failures on the Player's end; loss of profit, revenue, business, or goodwill; or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11.3 ph002 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical events may result in temporary unavailability. ph002 will endeavor to publish advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally feasible.

12. Privacy & Data

12.2 By registering on ph002, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13. Amendments

13.1 ph002 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on ph002.club with the updated effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. ph002 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of material amendments via the registered email address on their Account.

13.2 Continued use of ph002 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using ph002 and may request account closure with full withdrawal of your available Account balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, Players with any dispute or complaint are encouraged to contact ph002's 24/7 customer support via the live chat function on ph002.club. ph002 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.

14.3 Formal Dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ph002 may, at its sole discretion, elect to refer disputes to a recognized alternative dispute resolution body.
